Welcome to InterDead. By accessing the InterDead beta, companion applications, or any related communications, you agree to follow this User Agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from using the service.
2. Eligibility
Participation is limited to individuals who are legally permitted to enter into binding agreements in their jurisdiction. Access to the full experience requires age confirmation inside the application.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt InterDead, and you will avoid sharing unsafe content or impersonating other users, living or dead. We may suspend accounts that violate this clause.
4. Privacy and data
InterDead processes chat transcripts and telemetry to operate the service. We do not sell personal data. Additional privacy notes will be published before launch; until then, contact us for clarifications.
5. Feedback and content
When you submit feedback or spectral transcripts, you grant InterDead a non-exclusive license to analyze and improve the service. You retain any rights to original material you contribute.
6. Liability
InterDead is offered “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zhovten Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages stemming from your use of the service.
